Almost as soon as I arrived, I was greeted and provided with excellent customer service. The employees and owner alike were all friendly and professional. I really appreciated them being able to work with me on what amount of work I wanted to pay for along with very reasonable pricing. For what I paid, I'm amazed the dent I had on my fender looks as good as it does now. If you're a student living near campus, it's worth the drive out there.

Jeremy is an A professional and I have no words to describe the level of his artistry! I have never gone to a body shop before due to my vehicles being rather old and not really caring until I purchased a new truck. That being said, I made a mistake and dinged up the tailgate. I Googled dent repair and his shop was the first to show, not to mention I didn't have to drive across town, and the reviews were outstanding. 4.9 really digs at Jeremy and if you read this and need a repair, dig at him for it. He LOVES it! With that being said. I went up there and Mark was able to get me in and for a remarkable price at that, thanks Mark! Jeremy took myself and another gentleman to watch a short YouTube video of his and we were shocked at the repair he had made. He also invited me into the shop to watch the process, which is virtually nonexistent for auto shops in general, so I took him up on it. The man is a bonafide perfectionist and true artist at his craft. I highly recommend Precision Dent and if I could rate this place a 10, I'd give it a 100. Jeremy and his group are hilarious and fun to hangout with and I could go on and on. Thanks a lot guys and I'll drop by every so often to catch up!

I had a wonderful experience at Precision Dent Removal. Mark provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job removing the dent on my front bumper. He went above and beyond to complete the repair quickly and thoroughly (I was in and out the same day). Highly recommend!

While I was unable to get the work done on my vehicle that I wanted, the level of professionalism was amazing at this location. I brought in my ‘18 Camry XSE and after explaining my situation, both Mark and Jeremy assisted me with getting the proper work I needed with details of how it will get done. Unfortunately I decided against getting the work for the only reason of focusing my extra money into my upcoming wedding, if it weren’t for that I 100% would’ve gotten the work I needed done. Go here!

I came to PDR with a pretty nasty side swipe on the rear of my car. They gave an estimate and said to drop off the car the next morning. I did so and was called just eight hours later! Scott gave my cars lines back to a point I didn’t think was possible and for a price that was more than fair. Best body shop I’ve ever been to by far!

I got a door ding on my brand new Ford Escape, on the driver’s door right above the handle. Somewhat tricky spot because of the curve to the metal, it’s challenging even to most good body guys. Took it in for a quote and they started on the car right away. I was out in less than an hour. Best service I’ve had in a long time. Jeremy, the owner, is an artist (and I mean that as a compliment). He truly takes pride in his work, a rare thing these days. It’s not leaving his shop until it’s done right. We talked while he worked on the dent, took about twenty minutes until both looked at it from several angles and decided it was done. He wet sanded and polished it out and you can’t find the repair from any angle in any light. Prices are reasonable, there are some places that quote slightly cheaper but they don’t do nearly the quality of work you’ll find here. Having been in the automotive repair business for over a decade now, I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

Jeremy and his team are absolutely amazing. Phenomenal customer service and value. They made the dent on my hood disappear before my eyes. Just being there, watching them work and talking to them was an experience in itself. I really appreciate hard working professionals who take pride in what they do, it certainly shows with PDR.
