My wife and I were making some long overdue repairs to an exterior door and we decided to replace the door locks but did not want the burben of an extra key. Precision was able to re-key the two new locks within 15 minutes to an existing key we had. Knowledgable staff. Very pleased with the service. Was very impressed with their selection of key chains, layards, lights, accessories. Say hello to their parrot when you visit. Thanks guys...
Super helpful person who gave the name \Sundown\ decided they'd have to break the lock and when that became an issue (due to renting) they just left. They just left with an attitude because they couldn't just break the lock. Its a standard lock used in lots of rental properties around town ?????
