Awful. Went there at 11:30 to pick up an internet order (because I wanted to save time). It required me to go to the Pro Desk, that had 2 other guys in line and only 1 Pro Desk person. 25 minutes later and seeing that my items were already sitting on a cart, I asked if a cashier (that was doing nothing) would help. They said they didn't have the information. After about 35 minutes (could have grabbed the items myself in 10 minutes) they finally helped me, only to find out the items they grabbed were missing parts - so I had to grab new ones. Don't waste your time with their internet ordering, or their customer service.

I want to thank and let the management know how much I appreciated the friendly professional assistance my 84 year old mother and I received from two of the staff members at this store Jennifer and Rick at the Pro desk. They both where the most pleasant employees I have dealt with at that store. Jennifer never got aggravated with questions that a 84 year might have revelant or not to the project I was working on and assisted us in any departments we needed. She even came outside with us while the trailer was being hooked up to my vehicle. The moa got misplaced so I called Rick for help in resolving the problem he was so helpful and assisted me in every step of getting a duplicate moa ordered from the manufacture he also called me with status updates of his findings and what we needed to do so I could register and use the trailer. Well then my mom found the original I then called Rick to let him know we found it. After all the trouble he went to his attitude about the whole thing was excellent he response was he'd never had to get a duplicate moa and said it was a learning experience for him and that was good cause he'd know what to do if it ever happened again. They both are diffently a asset to the store.
