Writing this review in an attempt to get a phone call or email back. I have used them for a previous license and all was wonderful. 2 years later and I cannot get a return phone call or email back. I will be happy to update this review if I can get them to answer via phone, email, or text. I need a very simple change with my current license and do not understand the delay at this point.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired them in December of 2019 and for the past six months have been lied to that my license application was in process. The majority of my calls and emails were never responded to. I finally talked to the State and was told that my application was never even submitted. I called PLS and amazingly Debbie answered, told her I wanted a full refund and all my info back, she acted like it was no big deal that she and Kevin had been lying to me for six months and returned my information. In addition Debbie had the audacity to try to blame my experience on the delays when I was not told once in six months to get them additional information or that there were any issues - and how would they know there was an issue when they never even bothered to submit my application to the State? As other reviews have mentioned they don't answer the phone, return emails, and lie to their paying clients. Awful company and experience.
Excellent Service! I have been using this company since 2006 and refereed a dozen other contractors their way. They have always made it happen in short order!
Can't say anything negative about this company. They deliver as promised, and we had our CGC license within 3 weeks. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. You will not regret using them.
This company is OUTSTANDING!! My daughter received her CGC license within 3 weeks. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for licensure help. With a busy schedule, it is hard to fill out all the paperwork necessary to acquire license, and Professional Licensure Services made it easy.
