The Lab technician was great. I had to have alot of labs. The lab technician explained everything well. She made sure I was comfortable before she started with my lab work. She also made sure I was comfortable during drawing my Labs. I appreciate her patience.

Stephanie did n excellent job drawing my blood. Unfortunately something is wrong with their app. I waited in my car for a text or call that never arrived. Stephanie showed me on her screen where she attempted to call me. My advice: wait inside. I will use them again.

This lab is very unprofessional. I understand that the pandemic has cause issues with the seating arrangement but I was told after sitting in the lobby for over and hour that I would have to leave because the seat was was sitting was not available I didn't move it there.
