They don’t accept lab tests via email, they need a fax or a printed version. But it doesn’t say that anywhere on their website and they did it for me last time. So I know they do it, be prepared! Have your doctor fax them directly!

I gave this place a 5 star because the service was great. I don't like the long hold time but that almost anywhere you go now days. But once i was seen Mrs Marry was amazing at her job and very professional. Her skills are to in my top 3 for how gentle and fast this process was for me. Normally I'm getting stuck 3 to 4 times when trying to get my blood taken, but she found the vain, stuck the vain, and had me out in less then 5 mins. Yay Mrs. Marry, you go girl.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment and waited an hour to just be skipped and told I had to wait 30 more minutes. Staff blatantly ignored me when I tried to ask questions about why I was continuously being skipped.
