We've been boarding our dogs at Robinhood for almost 30 years. It's not fancy, but our dogs really like it there and all the kennel people are experienced and know our dogs. One of our dogs is almost 12 years old and needs special meals that I prepare and leave for them, plus supplements. Jay (owner) and Linda are wonderful! Kylee is a great kennel person, as are Kayla and all the others who care for our two ️

We have been boarding our dog here for about 4 years now. Always so easy to get a reservation, friendly and helpful staff, and our dog seems to love it. Not to mention that the prices are so affordable. We always recommend Robinhood to friends and family looking for boarding.

I really had hope and wanted things to work out at Robinhood. My parents love them, and my dogs were happy. However, my cat came back in very bad shape. My cat is 15 years old, and therefore I would think they would have alerted us when he developed a cold. Yes, colds in cats are common, but when he came home (supposedly after only having the cold for 2 days) he could barely breathe, had terrible drainage, and was coughing like mad. We took him to the vet and our vet told us to never ever take him back to Robinhood again. The vet techs were appalled at the shape he was in. I wanted to like this place, but as someone who has worked with animals before, it is appalling that they did not at least call us to let us know when this cold started. We would have come home earlier so that he could see the vet sooner. It felt very unprofessional and I cannot trust any place that would standby while a cat does not feel well.
