I had my car repaired at Sheffield’s after I was sideswiped. I had damage to the front and side of the car on the passenger side. I went to get my oil changed and was informed that the engine mount was broken. This would have been from the accident, and should have been replaced with the repair. I have also struggled with my right headlight going in and out. We discovered that the wiring on the light had been “repaired” by them as well. All of this, and they had my car for over a month. I would go somewhere else....

I wish there was less than one star rating. I had my BMW Z4 painted by Sheffield’s and had to return it twice due to major flaws in the paint. After the third time and it still wasn’t right and I think they actually used a can of spray paint, in addition to ripping my headliner off of the interior of the car. As if that wasn’t enough they lied and said that it came to the shop with the headliner already destroyed. Go somewhere else give someone else your business these people do not do quality work even after multiple chances, and they are liars. I’m in the process of filing a small claims suit against them to try and recoup some of the money it cost me to fix the headliner and repair the horrible paint job.

I don't wreck my car too much but if I did, I'd take it there. This was years ago but I stopped by with my baby boy in the car and a guy there fixed a door problem and would not charge me anything. I was a poor young girl back then but I asked him how much and all he said was, \I don't want your baby flinging out the car.\ I road up the street to my mom's house and got five dollars ( I paid her back later ) and took it to him, he was very surprised. Even then the work was worth 20, but he did it from his heart. I don't pass by very often but when I do, I say a lil prayer for him wherever he is. I would really take my car there to this day if it needs it. I never forget a kindness, that buys my loyalty. If by some chance he still works there he's getting a big hug from me too.
