Miracle workers. I look forward to coming here each week for my allergy treatments. They call me by name. The staff is kind and respectful. I've read a few negative comments and I just don't understand. I've been coming here for almost a year and I'm feeling so much better. I'm so grateful for the staff, nurses and doctors!

Three stars because the doctors and nurses are great. The front staff is rude and unfriendly. Scheduling is difficult and there is a 75.00 fee if you need to reschedule and don't give a 3 day notice. You are not told about this fee prior to making the appointment. Only IF you chose to have the paperwork sent to you before hand.

Got a referral finally to have my son seen after his horrible reaction to peanut butter that has me scared for if he is exposed again. They called me to set up an appointment and made it for the beginning of August which is a week before we leave town after buying a new house elsewhere for work. This morning (Monday) I get a call that the new appointment time is in September, which I already told the first person that called, wouldn’t work. I was just told that the staff member who made my appointment was “new and didn’t know they don’t have a provider in this location on Thursday’s” which is when we were scheduled for. I have set things in motion to have child care for my other kids while at the appointment since I know it can take hours. That is now money down the drain. No emotion either for their offices mistake.
