Went looking for an all in one color printer after church today. Dropped by Staples to check out their selection. Store was clean and organized but I was suprised to see printer shelves relatively empty. Pandemic appears to have an affect on lots of things. There were a couple of Canon printers in stock as well as a few HP printers. Store associate came over to offer assistance. I was pleased with the level service recieved. Purchased the Canon printer and extra ink.

This store provided EXCELLENT customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a couple of associates. Luke was my associate. The store is well stocked, clean, and had great items on sale. I went in to print some items, and they have hand sanitizer for the customers to use, before using the machines. Everyone was quite helpful and had a great attitudes.
Nims answered the phone, was very nice and is the most knowledgeable person I have ever gotten on the phone when calling about computers. We will be heading down today to buy our laptop! Thank you Nims!
Ever since management has changed, in the last year, seems like all new employees. The customer service and overall experience has gotten worse. They refuse to acknowledge there is a problem, it is not a friendly place anymore. I have been shopping and shipping things from there, for 16 years. Never had an issue till now. They actually misplaced my package and did not ship it. I go there, nothing, I call and talk to three different people, before they found it and shipped today. It needed to be there today. Will never go into the Staples on North Monroe Again. Long time customer, they don't care.

Restroom has a sign that says something along the lines of "in the interest of public safety we are closing public access to restrooms." How are you helping the public by getting rid of a place that people can wash their hands? Very naive.

First Time coming here and it was at the last minute I needed a Banner printed for a Graduation Ceremony that same day. Spoke with Kez over the phone, explained the situation, and she walked me through step by step on how to ensure my order was ready for that day(Mind you it was pushing two o clock already) Kez called me in a few hours to let me know it was ready and I was shocked at how fast she took care of things for me. Went and picked up my order and It was everything I wanted. Kez has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a long time and I had to sing her praises. Especially during such a trying time like this, it was great having such a professional, kind, and dedicated representative. I will definitely be back!!! THANKS KEZ!!!
