Just saw an employee in a white dodge leave the publisher this morning and dump over 100 newspapers on the road. Let's just say magnolia dr won't be the same for weeks.

I love the democrat have been reading it for 30 plus years. I love the online digital aspect! I'm very upset about them not printing local anymore and sending it all to Panama City leaving our Tallahassee employees jobless! It should all remain local.

They have been here as long as I can remember. My son has been working with them for almost a year now. He finally found something he loved doing and then finds out they are moving out of town. It's really hard to see them go and him lose his job

Been taking the paper for 17 years since we moved to Tallahassee. Since they were bought by USA Today their 1-800 line is worthless, no help whatsoever, I have been trying to get my paper delivered when it rains in the paper spot on my mailbox. If I posted a negative post every time I received a wet paper their rating number would be a negative number. The paper is an expensive purchase these days. It is not your local paper any longer.

Not the content, but the pricing. I pay nearly twice as much as my neighbor for Sunday delivery as my neighbor who has the whole weekend. I called, and they told me that I had to wait for a promo to get a lesser price. I see an ad for a lesser price, and I call again. They tell me it's only for new customers. Fine, I tell them to cancel my subscription. They then tell me to keep an eye out in the mail for a \we want you back\ promo card, with the pricing that I'm asking for now. I ask for a manager, and I get the same story. I question the logic of having a customer have to cancel and wait a month for a renewal deal, rather than retain me a 15 year customer. Sorry, but that's the procedure. Idiotic. Throw in the fact that the delivery guy nearly ran me down in the street again this morning, flying through the neighborhood (for the third time), and they've burned the bridge. I tried to call about that, but it's an hour wait to talk to someone about it.
