Had an awesome experience with Arsenal's self defense awareness training. I wish these concepts had been taught in school when I was a kid! Very informative, helpful information to help us become more aware of our surroundings and to understand the physiological response that occurs when we're under pressure is pretty amazing. Simple things that we use everyday could become a weapon of opportunity when in harms way. I highly recommend taking this course and signing up to train! To be prepared for something you hope will never happen is better than the alternative.

At a young age I started my journey in martial arts and I was blessed to have a master and environment that taught me how to defend myself, imparted effective techniques from several arts, and nurtured my love for the arts. At the Arsenal I continue that journey and I am fortunate to train and work with good people from different disciplines who share their knowledge and hearts with me.
