Very disappointed and saddened with my follow up. It felt like they didn’t want to look into what is really going on. Once I mentioned I didn’t want surgery as an option they told me that I might as well not worry about coming back until I’m ready for surgery. Based on my 1000 spent in 2 visits I recommend steering clear of TNC

Staff straight out of Romper Room. Highly disorganized and unapologetic. Impossible to reach a grown up on phone or in person. One competent adult would have been more appreciated than three giggling brats. No one is manning the ship. The doctor couldn't be bothered to come out to fix it. It was too important to leave at four sharp. We all have our priorities.

Wonderful staff, from the girls at the front desk to Dr Oliver’s nurse Audra( hope I spelled her name correct). Dr. Oliver was very thorough, very caring, informative, absolutely great! After reading some of the negative comments before I came here I was very nervous. What a great staff! Dr Oliver rocks!

Estupinan is a good doctor but the scheduling staff is just an example of poor customer service - not worth wasting time to try to get scheduled here - go elsewhere - this place is a joke. Over two weeks now waiting to just be put on the schedule - one excuse after another for staff - complaining to dept of health, jahco and all other regulatory agencies.

Just okay. My surgery went well and fixed my neurological issue, but they were unable to diagnose a post-op skin infection. I heard \it doesn't look infected\ multiple times from my surgeon and nurse practitioner. In my opinion, they didn't even do the bare minimum. They did not run a single test. It is a shame because people are taught to trust their doctors! I finally made myself an appointment with my dermatologist who was able to diagnose the problem within a day after a simple biopsy. So, good pre-op and surgery, but poor post-op care.
