My husband had knee surgery today. Everyone was awesome. Dr called when he was out of surgery. Nurse called to let me know he was doing ok. Thank you all.

This facility is a best in class organization with an outstanding team. From surgery to appointments to MRIs, our experiences are exceptional. Last night, my family member had an MRI and the team stayed late to fit in both MRIs that had been ordered so we didn’t have to return the next day for the second afternoon appointment. Their dedication to their patients and their passion for their jobs is rare these days. And it was noticed and appreciated. Dr, Bellamy is a delight and has the best bedside manner. He is smart, personable and dedicated. His team is efficient and tenured—our experience this week has been memorable and warm. Thank you for taking such great care of our family!

The practice extortion. Asking for hundreds of dollars up front when the visit is only 30 or so. My wife paid the extra once, and showed them the records showing she had a 314 credit on a follow up visit but they ignored the credit and still wanted us to pay 250 for her to even get a procedure done, refusing to apply the credit towards the payment (which was also too much)! Will be looking for a better orthopedic.

My 3rd time being here for osteomylitis in my left pinky.......I forgot to get my father's card to pay and they denied me entry to see Dr. Alvarez. I stated to the receptionist that I just paid 5k to Dr Ford for a 45 day infusion whom you guys reffered me 2...I drove all the way from Perry,Fl. To be TURNED AROUND by the red haired fat girl...They don't care about the patient only money...I If I could give them1/64 star I wouldn't give them that.

First let me say that the doctors and nurses are amazing. I love the care I receive. My issue is with billing. One appointment I had I was told I had an outstanding balance and was asked if I could make a payment towards it which I did. I come back months later and I'm told that I have to pay the total amount owed plus my co pay before I can be seen. Now I was expecting to pay towards the balance but if I had to pay it off before my next appointment that should have been told to me at that moment not when I come back and try to get seen. You shouldn't stop someone from getting medical attention because y'all neglected to say when the appointment was scheduled that the remaining balance was supposed to be paid in full before I could return. After working an overnight shift and being in an extreme amount of pain, I wasted time and gas because of something that could of been prevented by simple communication.
