The Trainer Patrick was absolutely Terrible!...horrible communication skills and doesn't have a clue on how to deal with people and I'll tell you why! OK! I'm a Sales Rep for a home security company and one of my clients are also, well WAS a client of his went there to get her work out in a few days ago and got her car breaking into. Her purse was stolen with her driver's license, social security, debt/credit cards, and etc. She called the police to file a report. Mind you he has a surveillance system(a crappy one at that) and when they got there Patrick didn't even give the Cops the option to check and roll back the footage to see if they could've get a license plate or get an image of the suspect(s), he didn't even offer to help repair the windshield on the vehicle, he never even called touch basis with his client to check on her. The location of the facility is veryyyyy unsafe. So I was recommended by the victim of the car break in to talk to Patrick about a better quality security system for his business, when I arrived I asked for Patrick and the receptionist went in the back to get him for me. Patrick came to the front, I got up to greet and shake his hands, the man act like I never even existed, body language and communication was horrible! He spoke to me mainly with his back turned as he was walking around the waiting area and walked away while I was still standing there. Very unprofessional being!... The moral of the story is: This man don't care about his customers or anyone else... Find a better gym to work out and train at. Horrible

Patrick and BFaast have the best intentions and best facility for some hardnosed workouts. There is no room for sugar footing around here.
