They cater to the needs of the customer, honest, straightforward, and they work with you. This place is a COMPLETE joke. Pictures are OK.. but the service is dreadful. They also spelled my son's name incorrectly; and were rude about it. In another instance, our teams game was cancelled due to weather... they won't reschedule without a 50 deposit and more than 175 worth of orders. Right, because we can actually help the weather. Unaccommodating and unprofessional. Patiently waiting for another photography company to take over city sports!

Do not purchase photos from this company! The customer service they provide is unacceptable. The verbal etouch\ policy states you have to pay half of the package price for photo retouches even if the error is on their behalf. I'm glad I didn't purchase an expensive package so I hope the messily 35 you charged me makes your company happy! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
