I was hoping to have a contact free experience at this location. Apparently the location did not get the memo. I thought I would be able to scan and get in a vehicle and leave. That was not the case. I had to interact and go through the same procedure as I did through the app and online, which defeats the purpose of me using the app. Why would you give the option to do some thing contact free when it is not so once you get to the location to pick up the equipment? The whole experience cost me time and energy.
U-Haul on W. Tennessee St., is a great location! The availability of trucks, the convenience of location, and the helpful staff, make this an awesome place! I highly recommend this particular site! Thanks y'all!
