They are not a good company to use

If I received what I wanted my rating might be better. But lo. It is not. And don’t expect to get help from customer service. They have taken four months to fix this and have not. I get a “new” supervisor every time I try to get this fixed. And you are “locked” into a contact so they claim. Good luck. My advice. Pick another company.

Wayne (our driver/contact) is always very helpful with any questions and knowing what the policy is for our contract that the state has with UniFirst. He does his best to work with us to make sure our invoice is correct and explain any charges, credits or notations that may be on it. He is very quick to make changes for us. He also does a great job handling all of our new employees, which lately has been a great deal.

Our company has used them for over a year. The drivers are well manered but the actual quality of uniform and appearance are terrible. If you want to look professional you might want to look elsewhere.
