Not happy at all with USIG and specifically Benny Hill. Mr Hill was extremely unprofessional, scheduled our install two weeks in advance and then on the day of install let us no crew was scheduled. We booked this install with Benny but he blamed his boss. We rescheduled for a later date and on the day of install the CREW Mr Hill sent was one man (who was the only saving grace in this fiasco). Mr Hill told me that he’d come help move furniture as we had paid for the service and did not follow through (no surprise) therefore I had to help move all of the furniture. Mr Hill is not trustworthy or honest based on our experience and we will NEVER use USIG if Benny Hill is involved. Stay away!

Great company to have carpet installed by. I bought my carpet at Home Depot and this company was in charge of the install. They sent Matt out and he did a great job
