My wife and I have had the privilege of having Kimberly as our property manager for 16 years. She always communicated with us when something needed repair in the townhouse and keep us updated until the problem was resolved. We were glad to have her as our property manager in Tallahassee as we lived several hours away. Her communications with the landlord and tenant provided everyone peace of mind. We will certainly miss her.

Maintenance man was helpful and kind. The only reason I give a star. Kim charged EXCESSIVE fees for minor cleaning and painting. As a full time college student and working 40hrs a week I felt incredibly disrespected and taken advantage of when I moved out last year. Do not rent here

After Hurricane Michael I found myself in need of a new property management company that would work for me and be proactive. I found Vineyards through a google search and \interviewed\ Kim and a few other companies before deciding to move forward with Vineyard. I could not have made a better choice. Kim was on top of everything for me and helped manage the cleanup/repairs my unit needed. She was professional, responsive and presented options. All I can say is Kim was sent from the heavens above to help me through a troublesome process. The home I rented for four years was put on the market for sale. That was fine, however the real estate company did not want to treat my family and I as if we still lived there and was in legal binding lease. She was a great middle person to help facilitate the process and to ensure that both the tenant and owner was protected within the guidelines of the Florida landlord tenant laws.
