I love Ashley and the communities she builds. I took my first training with her 7 years ago and just finished my 300 hour training with her. I would follow her anywhere. She has a true love and understanding of the practice and she is a master at conveying these ideas in digestible ways. Her classes are creative and well thought out. In 2018 I decided to take the leap and signed up for Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour course study with Ashley. It was an exceptional physical and spiritual journey that truly changed my life! She is an inspirational and knowledgeable teacher who gracefully prepared our class session-by-session to grow as yogi’s. The course work included core fundamentals of Hatha Yoga and also included chair yoga, laughter yoga, yin-yang, etc. The power of this training has moved me to continue my yoga teacher path, to trust in the unknown and to be my authentic soulful self!
