Brilliant site within easy reach of the beach and Barmouth. Lovely walk along road for refreshing drink in the Nor bar or have a walk around the campsite and surrounding area. Would definitely visit again.

Nice peaceful campsite with good pricing for electric hookup. Toilet and shower facilities clean but why do showers and sinks have to be push taps that turn off after a short while? Especially for showers this is extremely annoying as you have to keep pressing the button, plus you can't control the heat at all. Also when I was in the shower in the evening the lights over the shower area turned off and there was no way of turning them back on. Why can't the lights just be on all the time?? Also not enough hooks and no shelving in showers (as seems to be standard at most campsites). Is it really hard to put a few extra hooks up? Lovely views so ideal place to spend a relaxing evening and morning.

Stayed here for 5 days August bank holiday, touring caravan. Site is beautiful, 3 mins from beach and scenery stunning. However our idyllic holiday was spoilt!! Two caravan units noisy until 2/3 am every night! Drinking/ shouting! No consideration for other holiday makers! Handful of same children running riot, trashing toilet/ shower facilities. When complained reception staff listened but took no action! :( Sister site to Sunny Sands so staff were not interested as only worked there not owners and it showed! If you want a quiet holiday stay clear in my opinion.
