I called this number , the lady on the phone says they don’t tow but she can give me a number. I contacted the number she gave me to get a quote, instead of checking the distance to give me quote, the man on the Phone says “oh hell no that’s far” It’s really a 20 minute drive from my location to another.

Susan is amazing. If its a service she can not do, she will refer you to who can and she will do her best so you can get the information. I usually do not leave reviews and I am not a big fan of it however I believe that Susan should get 10 stars for being professional and helpful in every way possible.

Called Susan with some general questions and she waa beyond helpful! I needed a tow from NPR to Tampa and she advised me to reach out to someone closer to me as it wouldn't be beneficial for me financially to use her service. Not many business owners now a days look out for their customers/ potential customers but Susan did. Highly recommend calling her first before anyone!

I am confident we can work together for the good of both our businesses and assure you that there is no threat of SHIS competing with you or any other towing service. We’re the “little guys” and quite comfortable catering to our very satisfied customers. Further, check around, you will find that I often pass on referrals when we cannot accommodate a caller and would much prefer to have you on our referral list than as an unfounded enemy. ….And finally,….
