Fair, honest, great prices and helpful staff. We had a mix-up where I was delivered the wrong oven; no questions asked, they took it back, loaded up the correct item, and brought it back promptly. If you want ANY appliances during the pandemic, this is probably your top option as most new appliance vendors - and even scratch and dent depots - are completely wiped clean.

Very easy to work with and the used appliance we bought was almost like new and works great. They did run a little late for delivery but for the bargain you really can’t complain. The crew that showed up did their job and were in and out quickly.

I bought a stove and they delivered it to one of our company’s rental properties only to find out it wouldn’t fit because there was a 30inch floating stove in its place. They were more than happy to replace the stove for a new one that was actually more expensive for the same price! They take care of their customers. Very pleased with their service!

They have very courteous and good costumer service, and a great variety of appliances. Delivered on time all good. The only complaint I have is that I decided to return a washer before my 30 day warranty with them expired and they decided to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee that they never mentioned nor gave to you in writing at the time of purchase, you don't do that
