I bought a SS dishwasher from Katrina a few months back. I told her that I'm renovating the kitchen, so not sure when I will install it. She told me "not to worry" it was tested for 6 cycles to ensure that it works and that if it is after the 30 day warranty, they will take care of it even if its after the 30 days. My contractor installed it(45days later) and the dishes aren't drying now. I called the owner and he told me, "sorry buddy, its past warranty." Now my mother board repair is 275!!!!! Do not buy broken appliances from these liars!!!!!! I will will say this....Rudy, who repairs for them is worth his weight in GOLD!!! He is the only one that is trying to help me. Thanks Rudy.
