Signed contract on 07/25/2019. They promised to returned my 6 weeks of rentals in 60-90 days. They have sent multiple offers, all the offers they have sent have always been "booked" once you call the resort. It is 02/2021, ACL has NOT delivered one payment to what is on the contract. The contract itself is for 180 days, then they renew it multiple times without your permission. Everytime you call them they say the same line, "We are working on getting offers to you!" OK! We are going on 2 years now, the contract says 180 days. WHEN WILL THEY ABIDE BY THEIR CONTRACT?

after taking 3000 from me more than a year ago, I can proclaim this is an absolute SCAM. I have called a dozen times because they never lived up to any promise, and have retained an attorney at this point to return my money. Please run, they won't even return my emails or calls.

Just received my last rental check from ACL and I must say this was a good experience. I really don't travel as much anymore so when I got the call I acted on it. The representative was amazing as well as the customer service team, they answered any questions or concerns I may have had. Wonderful Job!

The Process was simple and effective. With their help i was able to offset my maintenance fees with RCI and put some money in my pocket as well. Thanks again for helping me and my family out.
