Negative: The Security guard was arrogant, condescending and rude to my family. I know it’s not Apple per se, but I would give a 5 -Star rating if not for him. Positive: The female security guard was as nice as can be. We only had to wait about half an hour before we were seen. So, that was good. The Apple staff was amazingly nice and very professional. The store was very clean as well. I work for the press and I understand how first impressions can be lasting. You need to find someone else that fits in with your friendly staff and brand.

Wasn't too bad, they have lines and procedures if you need something specific like phone repair, item pick-up etc.

Came to the store 1 hour before they close and after putting a guy in front of us and NO ONE behind us and all we wanted to do was look at a new iPad to buy and they said no and told us to leave, that they wouldn’t have time for us, ONE HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. If they were busy sure I totally understand but they were far from busy, I’m disappointed in the way I was treated today, I’m a loyal customer who has to work for these nice products and drive ridicules miles to come to a store after a long day at work, by the way the drive is 2 hours, I was basically told I wasted my time. Felt very disappointed and disrespected and the was rude and cold.

Utter disappointment, I am an Apple masters member, AT&T store manager, My store and I sell a lot of devices for Apple. Came to this store and can’t do anything for my device which is under 1 year warranty and battery at 83% because their system says is running at good rate and not below 80%. They want to charge 80 tax to replace the battery which again, I’m under the year warranty still!! Nice way to treat your loyal customers and members.

Very rude, store doesn’t close for almost an hour and they said I couldn’t come in just to look at the new iPad after driving almost an hour to here and they put a guy in front of me. Completely trash how they treated us, pretty much said yeah you wasted your time.

I've dealt with this store three and each time was a pleasure. First time was last October when I went to buy the new iPad Air 4, a month ago to buy an Apple watch and this past weekend when I had a Genius Bar appointment for my Airpod Pros. The first two interactions were pretty straight forward and walked away happy. The third time was a bit of a headache with no fault of Apple. There was no handicap parking near the entrance where the Apple store is located so I had to look elsewhere. I found some at the opposite end of the plaza and had to walk with my cane through crowds of people waiting their turn in different stores. It took me 15 minutes to walk to Apple making me late for my appointment. The Apple employees checking in customers went above and beyond and added me back into the queue. Another 30 minutes later and I was getting my Airpods looked at by Brooke. She did a great job keeping me up to date as to what was going on. It was discovered I had a defective pair and Brooke replaced at no charge. On a side note..... I read some reviews from people saying that this Apple store doesn't do screen protectors. During my time in the store I saw two people getting them put on their phones. An employee helping a woman across from me asked her if she'd like a screen protector for her new iPhone. She agreed and he installed it.

Went to trade in our old iPhone max and got the new 12 pro max. While we were their they were very condescending. We asked if they could apply a screen protector to our new 12 pro max even before we touched it , and the lady just said no we don’t do that anymore. When I asked why they just said sorry we just don’t do it(while she rolled her eyes) . Next time I will just buy through Best Buy or someone where else that doesn’t act like there sh@t don’t stink.
