Excellent customer service and relatable. Cares about the customer as a person and not just a payment. Fixed my over and two fans to my refrigerator with less than 24 hours notice. Originally stated that he would have it done by early Thanksgiving morning, but heard the desperation in my voice and got the job done today; day before Thanksgiving. Definitely, a God send. Will recommend him any day.
