5 stars for sure... more if I could for Dr. Nancy Wong at Westchase. Super patient and kind working with my 91 year old mom. She custom built hearing aids perfect for her that fit perfectly and are color coded. Dr Wong added tiny little strings for handles so my mom could put them in herself, even though she has no feeling in her fingers. Her hearing went from “having to scream at her level” to talking to her in a normal conversation! Absolutely never expected results like this, especially at such an affordable rate. Very smart and compassionate doctor that I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Amy Charrier and assistant Sabrina are very caring and competent professionals. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new hearing aids, to the point of helping me exchange my new hearing aids after the initial trial period ended. They worked very hard with the manufacturers to get me into another pair of aids that really worked well for me. I am very grateful and can't thank them enough.

I’m fairly new here, but I absolutely love this place. They make me feel like I’m at home. Very welcoming environment, and everyone is so friendly. They are flexible and understanding. They were just as happy as I was when I received my new hearing aids! Dr. Wong is awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient with my needs! Trinity (the front desk lady) is very helpful when I need to reschedule and reminds me when my next appointment is. I highly recommend this facility for your hearing aid needs! You cannot go wrong here.

I have been a client/patient of Dr. Wong's for 4 years. Her professionalism and integrity are beyond question. She has worked with patiently answering my question and getting me comfortable in the world of wearing \aids\ I am so glad I found her office - I had gone into other offices, but was not comfortable with the process, and credentials until I went to Dr. Wong. It is worth the drive!!
