Booked a haircut by phone. Called back to ask about additional services and manager was rude and impatient. Haircut was by a stylist. Asked for 2 inches to be cut. Walked without with 4-5 inches of my hair gone. She kept cutting and cutting and with cheap blunt shears. I stopped the service many times and asked what she was doing but I let her finish. Blow dry was bad too because she flipped up instead of down. She did not know her products either. Salon looks like an old Fantastic Sams inside with outdated stations. Shame on you too Aveda. There was no quality in this experience.

The customer service is amazing here, and they want to see their clients happy. A huge \thank you\ to Melinda, who promptly scheduled me in for an appointment to help me fix my hair after a pretty bad bleach and color job. She was insanely sweet, patient, and performed a miracle on whatever the mess on top of my head was. Can't recommend this place enough.
