I've been going to 'The Clubhouse' for almost five years, and the transformation of this place from a solid collectibles store to an A hobby experience is nothing short of phenomenal. They're always busy for one important reason: they cater to everyone, and in a genuine fashion. Guys, gals, kids, younger, older...Jason W goes out of his way to make every visit fun. Every customer - from mom's with their little ones, those new/back to the hobby, teenagers from the High School across the street, high rollers looking for a great hit - everyone gets equal TLC. I love bringing work buddies and family members for a visits. The team also did a very welcome makeover to the store in the past year, so it's now sparking clean, wide open, and such a nice change from dingy card stores everywhere else. Their new 'chase' game now fills the store with customers all rooting for each other, smiles included. Related and importantly BBC is the most transparent buyer/seller in the hobby I've ever experienced. I've watched Jason work with literally thousands of customers - myself included, of course - and everyone gets a fair and honest price, stated rationale for prices always included. For a hobby dominated by vultures, this is the one place that transcends the trash. (Their eBay rating is 100% for a reason.) Finally, they've been such a pleasant safe space during all this COVID craziness. Kudos for creating a culture of positivity during a difficult time.
