Kids had a great time! Pizza was good. Not crowded at all on a Wednesday afternoon/evening.

overpriced... this place is old, the pizza is horrible, just for 2 kids you can easily spend 90 dollars... take a look at the pictures. The hockey machine is plugged by an outlet that is hanging on top of it, not safe for kids. The basketballs are wasted and old. The monopoly machine plastic cover is broken. The building is old take a look at the ceiling in the pic. The pizza cheese is the worst and too much red sauce. I might sound picky but this details bothered me because of the price I'm paying. If I'm going to pay almost 100 dollars for one hour, I expect everything else to be top of the line.

I would just like to thank the wonderful staff of Boing. My 8 year old son who is on the autism spectrum loves it here!! So does my older son. They have so much fun! The staff is super friendly and so accommodating. They ask me if I would like to dim some if the lighting and soften the music so my son won't be overwhelmed. I really appreciate the caring they show for our family. That's why we keep coming back!!

Dr Stubbs put on a event here so we had the place to ourselves (Just his patients). People seemed friendly, clean place & neat appearance.

The place is nice and clean and the kids had a great time! Definitely better than some other places, but our issue is with the way they time your hour (or whatever period of time you’ve paid for). We got here around 5pm, signed the waivers, paid. During that whole process the kids couldn’t start jumping until a bit after (closer to 5:15) but they put the kids bracelets at the hour and kicked them out 15 minutes early. I brought it up, but they didn’t care. They got ripped off 25% of their time. Other places are a bit more fair in that aspect. EDIT: Just wanted to update that management contacted me and let me know their policy is to round the hour so the kids get more time rather than less time and this was the error of a new employee. They gave us some passes to come back as an apology - totally not expected and very kind! They told me this issue has been addressed with the employees, so it shouldn't happen to anyone else. We will definitely be back!

The rules online say absolutely no cell phones no cameras in the area but yet oh you're the special people you can take your cell phone in with you. The people down here you cannot count cash and have no idea how to figure out your change. I had to tell them how much change to give me back they didn't know what they were doing. So the website is so way off it doesn't tell you everything accurately and correctly the rules here are different than what's online. they need to update their website and have it all be the same and enforce it no matter whose child you are.

Had my son 7TH Birthday here last night. And it was great. Jamie or James the guy I booked the party with was excellent. And Shaun my host was a big help. The entire process from start to finish went very well. And my son and his friends really enjoyed themselves.
