Easy to work with. They took the time to discuss what I was looking for in a vehicle. They took time to show me the various colors and trim packages and explained the various options. They also worked within my budget to get me in the best car I could afford without pressuring me. The dealership operated within the COVID protocols and the dealership was very clean. I even noticed one family was stressed and the sales staff worked very patiently with them. While the matter remained private, I could see that the team was striving hard to do their best for that situation. Overall, I give it my highest ratings and even plan on taking a family member back this spring to help them buy a Genesis. (And of course, I absolutely love my car!!)

Tim the general manager made sure everything went smooth. He recommended Mohammed as my salesman and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable on the cars and genuinely cared about what we wanted and where we wanted to be financially. He was not pushy which is very important to me because most salesman are only concerned with how much they can make and care less on what really works for the consumer. He was patient and respectful and was only concerned on getting us the vehicle we wanted at the price that beat every dealership within a 2 hour drive ( trust me I checked). Once we agreed on a price I knew finance was going to be a whole other battle but surprisingly enough even that was a smooth process. Usually the deal they give you up front changes once you get into finance but j almeida worked his magic and got my monthly payment to where I wanted it including the warranties I opted for. I usually dislike the car buying experience because I hate the nickel and dime games dealerships play and the back and forth negotiations usually take up half your day and everyone is usually just over each other by the end of the whole process but this place really wants to make deals happen and they treat you with respect which means a lot.
