Brian Palacios represented me during one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life. Of note, upon our first meeting I could tell he had thoroughly reviewed all the paperwork that I had supplied him, asking pertinent and relevant questions, which immediately helped put me at ease. I was completely unfamiliar with how the court system worked as I had never been involved in anything litigious before. Brian was there every step of the way, explaining the process to me and keeping me updated with each new development. He was available to me day or night, 24/7 via text or call. Brian was aggressive and extremely competent in the court room and I felt thankful to have him on my side. He was consistently able to predict the other side’s next steps and counter them. He was very knowledgeable and although I was anxious throughout the process, having Brian right there next to me the whole time made me feel better. Also important to note during Covid times, all of my hearings were done via Zoom. Brian navigated this with ease, presenting all of my evidence electronically in a very methodical and structured way. His organization was an asset that was very much appreciated. After 4 grueling hours in the courtroom, Brian was able to win my injunction case and get me the protection I needed. I hope to never need his services again, but if I do I feel much more comfortable knowing that I have him if I do.
