Do not work for them. They will make you work like a robot for misery pay. They don't have realistic expectations. Their call centers are depressing to work at. They are not prompt to take care of their employees. I read many negative things online about working for them and still gave it a shot and I was dissapointed to see everything expressed online by other employees was in fact true. They do not take care of their employees and you have to work at least 1 year before you get any kind of benefit. They have a huge turn around rate for employees and I got to see personally why.

This job is not that bad, you listen in on calls and repeat what you hear. However, the population that uses this phone are mostly the elderly and they are hard to understand. Supervisors mark you off if you do not caption correctly even if the audio is terrible or if a call is difficult. Supervisors also confuse me because everything is subjective depending on whoever is monitoring your call. The training is rushed. You only get 2 weeks of training really, by the third week they will have you captioning real calls and not practice calls. Training almost never lasts the full 4 weeks, it is rushed. Lastly, even when utilizing advice supervisor gives I still get marked off. This job is a game of chance, and the company itself is for a good cause (to help the hard of hearing) but the amount of stress place on a CA is a lot. Many workers quit the job, they are always training new people because the turnover rate is high.

These people are the best people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I cannot understand all the bad reviews! They are extremely intelligent and helpful. Even the simplest thing, they are there for you! They are just awesome and do such a helpful service! They are caring, compassionate, and have empathy toward everyone! I just love these people!!

I enjoy working here. It is a nice place to work, as long as you show up on time for your shift and do what you are supposed to do everything will work out great. Unlike other call centers there is no drama here it is very peaceful and everyone is very nice. And plus you get to do something to help people and you get paid for it! What can be better than that and more satisfying?! :)

Not a bad place to work as far what you are you doing but the training is rushed and extremely strict. They give you a daily assessment and if you fail a certain amount your fired right on the spot. You get no warning what so ever. If you really need a job recommend choosing the night shift training so you can job search during the day. Otherwise i dont recommend it
