Horrible experience! NO MASKS! Bad service and unorganized with the online orders. This place had me so upset! Do not use tapthru or China Wok. We Ordered online and when we arrived our order was not ready. They were having problems with their computer system apparently. We asked for our money back and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. No way was it ready or going to be ready in 5 minutes. They just say that to keep the money. Then after 5 minutes when i tell them just give me a refund the guy at the counter tries to get mad with me saying that i should have told him that and he wouldn't have made the food. I don't give a darn about them because they surely weren't going to take care of me with my refund. I called the tapthru phone number and they say the will refund it. This business needs to learn better customer service. If someone ask for a refund then give them THEIR money back,!! If there is a mess up on your end then make it right by going out of your way to make the customer happy. NOT A SINGLE PERSON IN THERE WAS WEARING A MASK EITHER! Y'all are making peoples food! Put on a darn mask!

Food is terrible and they have sign on door masks required yet nobody working in the kitchen including cooks had masks on place is terrible will never return.
Sign on door says No Mask, No Service yet 3 of the 4 employees behind their intense barricade have on NO MASKS and NO GLOVES.. I turned around and walked out. I didn't even bother to place an order at this location due to their inability to practice safety at their restaurant during a pandemic.
When somebody wants to check on their order, just check the order! Probably the worst experience I've ever had with any business. I googled china wok and below the business was a link to click to see menu, when I clicked I discovered I could also place my order for delivery just by clicking what I want it placed it in the cart and I checked out, all super easy, after placing my order for delivery I received a text saying my order would be here in 45-60 minutes. Initial estimate said 25 minutes, whatever, no big deal I'm pretty easy. After about 75 minutes I called and asked to check on my order, guy didn't ask what my order was, he said he would check and then said I dont see anything in the kitchen waiting for delivery so it's probably on it's way. Not feeling reassured I then mentioned that I paid for it and ordered it at 6:15, and honestly I cant even tell you what he said next, it's not that he had broken english or a strong accent it was just non sensical. But I really just wanted to know if my order had even been placed, was actually on it's way or what and rather than checking he asked who I had ordered with and told me I would need to ask them. Basically I hung up the phone not knowing If I had clicked on a bad link and been conned and rushing to find my 3 kids something last minute to eat for dinner. About 25 minutes after I had hung up and the kids were eating and I was trying to find out how to contact tapthru and whether I needed to put a hold on my credit card when the food came. Also, the food was bad, but that and a two hour wait wouldnt have been enough to warrant a bad review. It was the total confusion I felt about whether my order had even gone through when I got off the phone with them and how they didn't seem to know anything about it.
