Joe our salesman in Tampa Florida, was the reason for both my husband and I large purchases. He was very knowledgeable in your merchandise and also in your financing. Due to the large amount of purchases, our process took a few hours and Joe was patient, attentive, and helpful. He is definitely in the right profession. Because of our satisfaction with Joe and Conns, we will be using Conns for our homes in Jacksonville Florida too. They have gained 2 very good clients due to their customer satisfaction and professionalism in both their service and merchandise.

Horrible customer service by the Manager Jason and the corporate office. Once they sell you the appliances you are on your own.... good luck! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company. I love the appliances, but I could get those same appliances at any store.
