Staff are great. Food and drinks are good. My only negatives are that it would be nice if they had a better way of identifying which line to got to for coffee and ice cream. The other would have to be the coffee shop doesn't open until 11.

If you stop by, grab a cookie. A little pricey at 3/ea, but they are awesome! I'm hour and a half away, but contemplating driving there just for the cookies.

Love this place! My boyfriend and I come to Hard Rock all of the time and it’s so nice to have a quick, delicious, and conveniently located coffee shop in between the casinos. They have a special which includes a small drip Lavazza coffee and a huge cookie of your choice for 4. The coffee is TO DIE FOR and I’m a total convert from Starbucks to Lavazza now because of this place. The cookies are also consistently fresh and delicious! All of the staff are very friendly and attentive without fail, but Sarah really goes above and beyond! Thank you to Sarah and all of the staff!!

The ice cream and desserts are amazing. The dining room staff on 10/3/20 at 1137 decided clean tables were not important. We had to ask for disinfecting wipe after watching her dig in her ear with no gloves and never put gloves back on then we watched several people leave and never did she move to wipe one table. A little alarming for me

The only place in the hotel that serves breakfast. They do it till 11.00am. 10.20am they had 1 French toast left out of the breakfast menu. Want it or leave it... 600 a room and all you have for breakfast is last French toast, which cost 17 with my coffee.
