Incredible service and prices.. I needed some repairs and a battery change on a two watches. Replaced battery on site while I was waiting. Would not allow me to order what would have been an overly expensive part for one watch and suggested several ways to source it for less of a cost. But would be able to do the work for less.

As a Tampa native, I am familiar with most of the jewlers in the area, so I can say with certainty that Cortez Jewlers is special. Helman, the owner, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but she’s also a lovely a lovely warm presence to be around. I recently started customizing jewelry and I can say that I am deeply impressed with the attention to details and how beautiful these pieces are. Recently I had Helman post quarantine create an early Christmas gift for my mom these authentic Italian looking drop down earrings which came out looking fantastic. I am also incredibly impressed with the other staff members and appreciate their kindness and attention to detail while helping me find exactly what I need.

I had a pair of silver earings that I had for years then I lost one. Cortes made a mold of it and made me a match. I can't tell which is the original. A true jeweler. They also fixed the bracelet on my expensive Ebel watch. I went to several jewlers before and they could only suggest A new 2000 bracelet. I will not bother with any other jeweler in the future. Thanks.
