Came here for a tour with my sister after attending a wedding in Clearwater. The venue is very clean. All the employees I met during the tour were very friendly. Beautiful decor. Very detailed and have great vendor recommendations. My sister has called numerous times with excessive questions and they have answered every question without hesitation. If they do not answer they always returned her call within minutes. I can't wait for my sisters wedding. Thank you for the great customer service.

We had our wedding on 1/2/21 and worked with the venue since 2/2020. It's a beautiful venue on the inside but the only outside space they have is a small patio area. I recommend planning on taking photos at another location if you want outside scenery. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you call them during business hours and they're unavailable, they usually call back within the hour. You can also text them. The designer meeting is quick and easy. They give you plenty of options to bring your theme to life. I do wish that they had an online portal to make payments. They currently only accept cash, check, or money order by mail or in person with an appointment. Making payments can be a pain at times. On the day everything went smoothly and our bartender Lola was excellent. She was provided by the venue. She was friendly and made sure that the bride and groom were taken care of.

I booked my wedding for October 2022. We can not be more excited! The staff so far has been incredibly kind and responsive. When I email them they get back to me right away. I am a very type A planning person and they have not seemed to mind at all. I can not wait to see how it all comes along. I am sure they will get tired of all my emails by the time I walk down the aisle. I was impressed with the price and discount they offered for the wedding day, I also loved the soda package they offer, that will save a ton of time and lifting! The only feedback I can give is that when myself and my mother and mother in law went to look at the place to book we were told yes we can add colored flowers into the arch and a few other things, then when I brought those few things up on the emails when signing the contract I was told that those accommodations/alterations to the location and décor could not be made.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We had our wedding there 2/18/21. I would recommend the Day of Event Coordinator and the chef staff. We had Cecilia as our coordinator and she was very helpful. She came to me with any issues that occurred. Only complaints I had: 1) the waterfall was broken, which I wasn't informed about until the reception, and Cecilia wasn't informed as well. This was disappointing as this was a big seller for us; 2) We were told we were going to have a candy station as our give aways and that wasn't present. We did go over this in the rehearsal; 3) the Bridal Suite was warm, not enough air flow. Other than that we truly enjoyed our time and the venue was beautiful. I would recommend!

It's an interesting idea using many, many glass chandeliers and backlighting. There are many different places to take beautiful photos inside It is beautiful and would work well If it wasn't for the exposed spray foam insulation ceiling that doesn't match. The temperature inside is so cold that almost everyone at our event had to go to their cars and find jackets, blankets, anything they could find to try and keep warm. It was barely tolerable inside with the fans blowing cold air on us. We moved to a different table but some people were stuck with the cold air blowing right on them. I saw at least 3 people ask different staff to turn the temperature up, but the fans just kept blowing cold air all night. It seemed like the fans never stopped blowing. When we walked in we were told we had to wear masks, and our temperatures were scanned by the staff. The staff said that all their staff wears masks. However, the bartender never had a mask on, and as well he was wearing a colorful polo shirt when all the other staff were dressed a lot more formal (For a formal wedding). There was a strange sign at the bar right on the bartenders tip jar that asked people to tip via some app on our phones. However, after a few minutes the tip jar was removed from the bar. Most of the staff was very competent and friendly. I guess they just opened so maybe they have some wrinkles to work out. Seemed like a good concept, just not well executed by management yet.

Jess is absolutely amazing! Everytime I had a question, needed help, she was there every step of the way. I highly recommend this venue and staff. They truly have the clients best interest in mind. The venue is clean, beautiful, and extremely inclusive in the packages. The staff in the office is attentive, detailed, very communicative. They always got back to me in a timely manner. They are extremely clear and thorough with all details, of course you must do your part as well, like read and respond to emails and comply and follow the contract that is signed. Thank Crystal Ballroom and team. You were amazing to work with and made all my event planning a smooth one.
