From my 1st phone call to the delivery of the 2012 Heritage softail classic. Brittany was excellent she answered every question I had. If she didn't know she want to the manger Marvin. Both of these people are great at what they do. Neither one is pushy great financing options. We definitely recommend Cycle Exchange for purchase of a bike
