So I looked up the closest bike shop to me from where I was and Cycle Pros popped up. Before I went there I called them told them to make sure they had the part I needed. The man in the phone told me they should have it and if they didn't they would try to figure it out or order it. So I decided to go. When I arrive I walk to the counter to hear another customer complaining about being there two hrs for a tire change that was going to cost him 100.00. so after the customer and the man at the desk finish arguing I walk up to the desk to inform the man that I was the person who called and showed him the part and asked him if he had it on stock. To my surprise he just looked at me and never said a word. I waited an HR for him to say something but he never did. I even offered to buy something there to get him to speak but he again never said anything. He didn't he even try to ring up the items so I decided to just leave. As I was leaving another angry customer walked in up cursing about how he paid him 1500.00 mid November to fix his issue and here it is January and nothing he was even complaining about how they left his bike outside the entire three months. Two other customers got their bikes back after a service to have them smoking when the customer drove away I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BIKE TO THEIR SHOP OR GET ANY PARTS FROM THEM.

Scott was nice but seems to be sold on his chosen style bike(s). He talks a lot, but was polite. I kinda felt he was a little too desperate for business..

Long story short and I will eventually fill the story in..... Wish I had thought to take picture of the guy that runs the place with the two police officers there getting \his side\ of \the ordeal\. ... Don't interact with this dude for buisness or as \a person in life\. He is a Total \blank space for a good name calling\ . Unless you're some sort of karma collector and it's your duty to exterminate pests of humanity just stay clear of this guy. Either way one shouldn't support this guy. You never know what exactly it is that will be getting the support. It's not good. I can assure you that much.

I had put my scooter there for repairs. It was there six months. I recieve my bike back with missing parts. He over charged me on my bike repairs. Dont ask them for a mechanic because mechanic dont stay working there. Horrible experience!!!
