I’m from Orlando and had spoken to Katrina, got a loan for the car I wanted and made arrangements to get a car. They told me that would “hold the keys” for me. Unfortunately they sold the car even after I made the appointment, got a loan, and Katrina said she would send over the work order so that I could send it to my bank. It’s been so hard to find a car and I had everything sorted out already with the team member of this dealership. I would not ever get a car here, they don’t seem to value what they say to customers. Please be warned before you consider doing business with them. I don’t feel like it was professional of them to promise all of this to me when they could’ve just told me they couldn’t hold it, I would’ve driven there earlier.

Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa has the worst body shop. My car has terrible repairs that are completely unacceptable after refusing the poor quality repairs three times I finally accepted the car out of frustration because Ed Morse clearly doesn’t have the talent to repair it properly. My car is now covered in swirls because they have buffed my car so much trying to cover up the bad work not to mention all the white compound that is all over the car and stuck in every crack and overspray on my brand new wheels.
