DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE OR THE PEOPLE. I went in to make my chain shorter. It was a 2mm solid rope chain (my original chain was 24” and about 8.7 grams and I wanted to cut it to 20” which is about 7.5 grams) and they switched out my chain for a 2mm HOLLOW rope chain (20” is about 2.6 grams) At the moment I didn’t really notice and left the store. When I got home I couldn’t shake the feeling of how much lighter it got with only 4” inches cut off. It was suppose to only be 1.2 grams less with 4” cut off if they didn’t scan me. After doing some research that’s how knew they switched it out because going from 8.7 grams to 7.5 grams I prolly wouldn’t be able to tell but going from 8.7 to 2.6 is a big difference and that’s what kept bothering me when I got home. My original chain feels like I have a penny and a nickel in my hand but now it feels like I only have a penny in my hand. Unfortunately I can’t do anything about it now since I left already and can’t technically prove it. But I want to at least save someone else from getting scammed. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE OR THESE PEOPLE. KARMA WILL GET THEM BACK. BE SAFE EVERYONE.

I strongly don't recommend this place. They have a horrible customer service. The people there looks shady. I went there to get my jewelry repaired and they did a horrible job every time. My diamonds kept falling out. When I take it back they have a horrible attitude and keep my jewelry for a month to have it return and the diamonds still falling out. I recommend this place to get a new jeweler and new personal with better customers services. Be aware of the awful service you receive from Evershine Jewelry.

So my experience at evershine was least then acceptable it seems to the average customer if you are not covered in gold or obviously have a bunch of cash you're not really taking serious I did not catch the older woman's name in the store but always seems to have an attitude every single time coming to the store no matter later in the day early in the morning I had got a bracelet cut there before it had came out very nicely had gotten another one cut after that worst job I had ever seen on jewelry repairs and then thinking it was okay to give to the customer I just had to leave a review since I noticed this place had five stars but it was because there was only one review understandable definitely after my experience that ever shine I will be looking for a new jewelry store to take my business to
