Excellent selection of high-end appliances but absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Came in today needing a number of items and there were about 4-6 employees on hand all sitting at their computers up front. They all saw us, only one was with a customer, not a single person said hi or asked how they could help us. We showed ourselves around for about 45 minutes, even lingering toward the front to ask a question to which we got a brief reply before the sales man just walked away, not once asking what we were looking for or how he could help. Apparently not a single one of them could be bothered to actually sell to us. We were going to be spending around 15k in appliances but we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

This was the first time I've ever been there, so I was pleasantly surprised with the items and pieces they had. My father and I went there to look for a new refrigerator, and the gentleman that helped us was very honest and upfront with us. He said although they showcased several different refrigerators he only had 4 in stock that we could purchase and take home that same day due to the chaos that is surrounding major appliances in the world right now. Unfortunately my father and I didn't purchase a refrigerator from them. That didn't stop the gentleman show us around the store let me tell you they had kitchen displays in there with all the bells and whistles most of us could only dream of having. Even if you don't need anything they sell there, I would suggest anyone just to go in and see the stuff they have you won't be disappointed that's for sure.

I just moved into my condo and it has a small laundry closet. I originally purchased a unit from Home Depot and after waiting a month, when it arrived it didn’t fit. Famous state came to rescue and recommended this GE unit. They were helpful and knowledgeable on their recommendation. The into fits perfectly and the features are wonderful. Already washed and dried a lot and my o my regret is not going to famous Tate first to get this unit. MIKE DEMBLEWSKI was the best! He will make sure he understands your needs and then will over deliver on them.

Buying an appliance can be a stressful decision and an investment. Famous Tate made it easy with excellent customer service. The South Tampa store guided me to a good decision for a washer dryer combo. Plus, pricing is right and the delivery/install service is easy. I had a great experience with Famous Tate. Keep up the good work, I’m happy to be a return customer when the time comes and am glad I don’t have to buy from one of the national stores.

Shawn Jolly Shawn Jolly Shawn Jolly!! 2018 was the year of a whole house remodel. I dealt with so many subcontractors and service providers. Shawn Jolly was a joy to work with. He helped me pick out all the kitchen and laundry appliances for our forever home. He was so patient in his comparing and contrasting of the different manufacturers features for each appliance. Shawn's knowledge of each product was amazing. It's like he's a walking manufactures catalogue. He continuously helped me keep my budget in check too, while making sure I'd have the kitchen of my dreams. Patient, honest, not "salesman-y"

The staff was helpful and informative. They were able to locate both appliances I needed and order them for me. I think the line of communication could've been better. There was a delay in one of my items due to shortage of appliances right now so that's out of their control which I understood. However, there was no checking into the estimated arrival at all from Famous Tate. I had to call 3 times to request they check into it. On my 3rd call to inquire about it, the representative said "oh its in the warehouse". And I'm thinking, well when I was going to find that out. Communication needs to improve!!!! Other than that I was satisfied. The oven installer they used was awesome- great customer service and communication on his part.
