Our dishwasher stopped working in the morning. I got online and started a chat to ask about the best replacement. Even though there is a huge back order on most models that were comparable, the terrific “chat guy” (so sorry, I can’t recall his name) located an open box model at a discounted rate. Very competitive pricing, no pressure sale and it was delivered and installed less than 24 hours later. Excellent service all around!

This was my first time ever in a Famous Tate store. I found that their prices were really good. The Appliances at this store are a lot cheaper then Home Depot. The only bad thing is that due to Covid-19 their supplies are very limited. I didn’t make a purchase only because of the limited variety to choose from. But I will definitely go back for future purchase. I would for sure recommend this store.

I was kind of in a bind. We had purchased a house and the seller insisted on taking there stove with them. It was kind of strange, but whatever. The issue was we only had a few weeks to find a stove and with covid going on no one had what we wanted in stock. The only real thing I wanted was convection oven, and induction stove top. GE was backordered till possibly mid February nation wide, same with LG and Samsung. I called everyone. Then I contacted Famous Tate online. They told me they had a display model that was a special order that ended up getting refused. It had been on the floor for a few weeks and had never been hooked up to electric. It was a JennAir, I was kind of disappointed as it would likely be out of my price range. They said they could take 1500 off the price and I made the delivery date the day after closing. They showed up on time and did a decent job installing it. The entire process was smooth and went without a hitch. Never even walked into the store. Nelson Torres was professional and really made sure we got our stove on time. I have not had to deal with any kind of support but feel confident they will take care of me if the need arises.

Great pricing and very professional service and delivery. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and the delivery guys wore masks and respected social distancing. They took the time to explain everything and got everything running and installed. Will definitely use them again.

If there's one thing that I can't stand is a sales person following me so closely that they are practically on my feet. If you ask me 5 times \Do you know that you're looking for?\, don't be surprised if my answer is \To be left alone!\. I do my own due diligence, I'm methodical, I want to look at things numerous times before making a final decision......especially before spending 2000 for an oven/stove.
