Service department always takes 20 minutes to greet you. Won't prorate a tire on a vehicle with under 20k miles. Won't price match with online deals. Tried to sell me a new car even though I just got this one from them last year. If I didn't have an existing service plan with them I wouldn't come back. At least the service guys are friendly. Update: Got the car back and they didn't reset the cars computer so it cannot display tire information. So now its back inside. Also most customers and employees aren't wearing masks. So I'm stuck waiting at a Covid breeding center. One employee even asked a customer if they cared about masks, then proceeded to take his off.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Rachel was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and honest. After informing Rachel of an awful experience I just had with a Buick Dealership, she went above and beyond for me. She did not add to my stress nor did she try to haggle me to spend more money. Rather, Rachel listened to my needs and she met exactly what I was looking for! Now I am enjoying a beautiful 2021 Malibu. Ferman has obtained a loyal customer due to their great customer service, and their amazing saleswoman, Rachel!

Our initial experience at Ferman Chevrolet went very well. In fact, it went so well that I went back and purchased a vehicle two days after my wife leased hers. Ernie was very personable and helpful with both vehicles at the time. This is where the good part of the experience with this dealership ends. My wife has been constantly harassed by Ernie and multiple other salesman about purchasing a new vehicle when her current LEASE had eight months left on it. They have constantly called me looking for her and called her looking for me. They don't know who either one of us actually are or what cars we've purchased or leased off of them. They have even called my wife AT WORK many many times, harassing her even further. I have personally called the dealership multiple times requesting for them to take us off of their call list to no avail. Our (former) salesman Ernie answered the phone JUST NOW and begun getting belligerent with me to the point of cutting me off and telling me that I needed to listen to him. I finally got off the phone with someone just now for what is (hopefully) the last time. We are on the verge of filing of police report against the dealership because they just won't leave us alone. We will not be returning to Ferman for our next vehicle and, if you have any need for privacy and don't want to be constantly harassed, you will avoid them too.

I was met on the service drive and greeted upon arrival. One of the management team(a lady not sure on her name) also checked on me. I then met my Service Advisor Stephen. He got me checked and the work done in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks for your help.
