Worse experience with an airline ever. And ALL of it was within their control. The line to check in was so long due to a previous flight being cancelled. I missed my flight because they were not able to check me in on time. Even though I arrived 2 hours prior to my flight. Pay a little more and fly with a reputable airline.

I had a bad experience with Frontier last time. My suitcase was cracked after the flight, we noticed it right away when we picked up the luggage after arrival and immediately went to the Frontier office at the airport Orlando.An employee of this company said that he can give us the same suitcase or we can call by phone, she gave us a business card, and arrange everything online. We chose the second option, because we were with two small children after a 5-hour night flight, we wanted to relax. After arriving home and having a rest, we called the Frontier company, we were told to go to the website and fill out the form, so we did. And then the most interesting thing began, constant unsubscriptions from a representative of this company, like they turned up later than 4 hours, when I started explaining that this was not so, she wrote that the luggage was damaged before check-in, in general, they just do not want to compensate for the damage to the luggage. neat with Frontier.
Our flight was originally at 4:30pm, they pushed it back due to storms until 8pm with no updates after 8pm. Then used police to yell at the passengers asking questions, there answer was "Just don't fly Frontier again". Then canceled at 10 pm. It's passed 11pm and we are still waiting for our bags but 3 flights have gotten theirs ahead of our group. There are no flights for 3 more days As a soldier who's traveled many times, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a flight line. They should be shutdown for the amount of horrible experiences on their track record.
I’m currently sitting inside the plane since 4:48pm it’s currently 7:05pm and the attendants are telling us we have to get off because the flight has to move gates??? our flight was supposed to leave at 12:25pm and they kept delaying our flight every single hour. and now they want us to get off and possibly tell us we can’t fly tonight. i will never be flying with these people again!!! if i could give a 0 i would :)
I would like to Thank Zogi and Alesia from Frontier staff (Tampa Airport) for being so helpful, kind and patient with me. I was very stressed out about my flight. I have health issues and traveling to Los Angeles as my father is on a ventilator with COVID. I never mentioned anything to them... They just observed my demeanor or something because they said no need to worry. Assisted me graciously and kind hearted. I made it to my departing gate. Thank you very much!
It's very bad company don't use it it's late 8 hours don't trust about frontier It's the last time I use it the stuff in the airport super bad 8 hours late and we still waiting

very poor customer service when, they made the mistake. Would not assist in getting flight after counter agent mistake twice on put out birth date in the system 3 times we got sent back to the Frontier desk to get through TSA.
