They came out to fix my husband's windshield, whoever worked on it broke the molding and then glued it back on when the job was done. About a year and a half later the molding Flys off the car because the clips were broken from when it was replaced. Now supposedly they have a lifetime warranty, however after calling a few times we started getting ghosted. Our calls have been ignored and no ones reached out. Now the car is missing the molding and looks bad. I would not recommend the company to my worst enemy.

They never showed up on the first scheduled day then they had to schedule another appointment to calibrate the radar. Window got another crack in it 4 months later.
Vanguard auto glass is the BEST! Glass shop ever they are very professional, responsible they came and replaced my windshield they did a fantastic job now I’m back on the road safe again thanks Vanguard!!
Telemarketing and cold calling. I don't have a chipped windshield.
Do yourself a favor and use a different company when looking for these type of services. In November, a tech came out to switch the glass and actually broke the pillars on the frame of the vehicle, contacted Vanguard, sent pictures and did not hear back from them. Fast forward to January, they contacted us on our other phone number letting us know about their services, I decided to bring up our most recent experience with them. Of course they remembered and had us send pictures again since “they could not locate them”. We were assured they were going to “get to the bottom of this”. Well... today they called once again offering their services, I brought up the issue AGAIN, we’ll see where this ends up and if it will be resolved... So, there it is. They are not very professional nor care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative. Oh and the “gift card” they promote, yeah, you’ll never see that.
Poor customer service, lack of accountability, poor work, and it’s a scam run away from there people.
Don't randomly call people who have never used your services for any reason. Getting more annoying than the "alert system from VISA Mastercard."
