Very convenient hotel from the Holiday inn family, very convenient close to get the highway to the airport. The rooms and the bathroom renovated and the are super clean. The front desk was totally professional with us and make our stay great . On my personal the only was the you could hear the airplane traffic, but that's the only part. Thanks to the staff.

Booked a room for 2 nights ended up checking out early and only stayed for one night and they wont refund my money dont stay here these ppl are unfair I came to tampa to have a surgery done and while in pain have to argue with the staff for paying for a night I did not stay zero stars if could dont stay here

Guest laundry mat was out of order, so had to go to a sketchy part of town to wash clothes for a family of 5. Elevators were janky & only worked half the time. Me & my 4 yr old actually was stuck in it for about 5 minutes. Had to ASK for housekeeping all week, they wouldn't change our linen for 4 days straight & wouldn't make the beds, they only did garbage & towels. Our room keys only worked half the time, they kept having to give us new ones.... Only reason I give it a 2 is because the manager was friendly & did comp us 2 nights for these issues.

The breakfast was only snacks in bags and the food was not very healthy- opposed to when they had real breakfast food. The cleanliness of the entire hotel could be improved. The couch in our room had dirt spots on it. The phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my phone for new towels and they did not deliver them, they made me come down and get the towels. It’s just not a very hospitable place.
